Our products are being shipped by PostNL. Shipments within The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Luxemburg will normally be delivered within 2-3 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an confirmation e-mail with a Track&Trace code. We are not liable for delay of delivery, which arise during the carriage of your order by PostNL or due to the result of PostNL.
After receiving your product, up to 14 days you have the right to return the product. For returns you can download our return form. Using this form, you have the option to choose another product or to receive your money back.
1. Print the return form and fill it in.
2. Repackage your product in it’s original condition.
3. Send your product to our return address along with our return form.
4. Receive your new product/purchase amount.
Please note: We will NOT process your return if the product is used or damaged, if your return is later than 14 days or if the return form has not been filled in properly.
Costs in case of withdrawal
1. If the customer makes use of his/her right of withdrawal, the costs of the return shipment will be for him/her.
2. If the customer has paid for the product, the refund of the purchase amount will take place as soon as possible though within 14 days after receipt of the product by the company.
Costs in case of returns
1. If the customer wants to return his/her product in order to receive a different model, the costs of return shipment will be for him/her.
2. Returns will be processed within 1 working day after receipt.
When placing your order you are responsible for the entry of the correct delivery address. You are expected to check this data with every order on accuracy and make the necessary changes to it. SNIKHEET can not be held responsible for delivering the order on an incorrect address, when it is the result of typos and/or filling out of incorrect data by the customer.
